Been here 3 times recently and all 3 times it had very slow service and waited over an hour for chicken fingers and fries. If you order the club sandwich its just plain white bread and cut in half, not even toasted or anything - didn't even give an option. Servers rarely come by to see if anything was alright or needed anything. Wasn't even that busy to use that as an excuse.
Had to ask for cutlery and the male server forgot our water a few times. Felt as though we were being rushed out. Food was good though.
The wait for food was exceptionally long. We had reservations for 5:30 for 7 people. It took an hour to get our appetizer and and another 45 minutes for dinner. Only one server on. She was amazing very professional and upbeat even though she was slammed. The food was excellent once we were finally served. My husband spoke to the manager on his way out to let him know. He said "what do you want me to do? We had staff member pass away" We are very sorry for the loss of your staff member. Maybe it would have been a good idea to close for the day. Not happy with this customer service.
BIG pub. Great patio. I didn't eat there. Staff friendly. Miss their original location which was more "pub-like", quaint and homey but the view from the patio is nice. A bit out of the way, so you won't just drive by this place. Look it up on Google Maps if you're from out of town.
Great patio with canal views. Went there for dinner. Cindy (I hope I have our servers name right?) was very knowledgeable about the area and went out of her way to help us plan day trips out of Smith Falls. Very large food portions and beer is always good after a hot day!
