Stopped in tonight for a late dinner after driving 6 hours. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing! We had butter chicken nachos and fish n chips .We would definitely come back again if we are ever in the area.
I really enjoyed the curries (my husband and I had butter chicken and curry beef) both excellent! We also tried the wings - they were good but a bit expensive. Same was said for the mains our friends had - they had the fish and the daily special - not sure the value for money was there but the quality and taste were apparently great. The restaurant itself is a bitr weird - was once a sports bar and now a bit of a fancier place with real linens, etc... but it's confusing. However, don't care - so happy for a great curry in Smith Falls - unexpected. Hoping that if things go well they will do some work on the patio - it's not too inviting but is a great opportunity for future!
Great East Indian food. Menu is focused on Indian food but still has other options. Great wings and mix of micro brewery and main stream beer selection. Offers good quality wine. Place was clean and service quick. The Owner introduce himself and was very pleasant. We ordered cheese dill chicken wings which sounded a bit odd but were reallyyyy good and cooked perfectly. Then ordered the 5 spices chicken dish and butter chicken dish. Everything was cooked perfectly and the chicken was nice white chunks of chicken no bones, no fatty skin just nice white chicken. Nothing was dry like it is in certain places, the naan bread was real nice and all the portions were generous. Finished with the homemade ice cream and sweet honey dessert. It was a nice find and we ll be back there regularly. :-)
Excellent food, excellent service, lovely spacious place resulting in an awesome date night. We ate delicious curry and mused on what to have next time. The wing menu left me salivating... to be enjoyed with local beer!
