Noal Pantry is my favorite place to eat - Even on my days off!!! Chicken salad is one of my favorite and I always recommend it to our customers. I also think we have the best fries in town :)Missy our baker is amazing. It is so hard not to eat all of her amazing fresh baked breads and desserts. She is always coming up with different baked goods. I love the relationships that I have formed with all staff members. We work together as a team and look forward to seeing them when I go in for my shift. If you have not been into NOAL pantry yet then you definitely need to make the trip.. It is so worth it. Many of our customers actually come from out of town. Thank you to everyone for all the love and support for our small business. It means so much!
The food is wonderful and fresh. The staff is inviting and lovely! Laurie Anne is my sister and I witness everyday her hard work and her support of local businesses! My tween twin daughters come here regularly for lunch and I am happy to know they have been able to eat healthy nutritious food within a block of their school.
Delicious, fresh, local. I had the tomato and avocado salad, which was incredibly tasty. They also serve a variety of soups and sandwiches that looked amazing. I highly recommend the bone broth. The kitchen here is nut free, so a great choice for those with allergy concerns. The staff is knowledgeable about allergies and food sensitivity, and very quick and accommodating to answer questions.
Half of the menu was not available mid day Saturday. Soup is not usually served Saturdays, but was available, which tells me it's been around all week and was a puree hearty tomatoe vegetable? (All soups combined maybe?) Rhubarb squares should have been thrown out days ago. Coffee un drinkable. Overall experience was not good, will not be returning.
What a lunch spot should be!!! My colleague and I stopped for lunch and shared the egg salad open-faced sandwiches on biscuits and the BAT bagel sandwich special (bacon, avo, tomato) special with salad and fries respectively. And the food was extremely fresh and clearly made with love. The biscuits and egg salad were delicious, and the portion generous. The salad was perfectly dressed and colourful - far more than basic greens. The fries were crisp, hot, and perfectly cooked. The prices were reasonable, with good value for dollar - same prices as most restaurants for lunch but with FAR better (and locally sourced) food. The butter tarts are gooey and to die for. And the service was perfect - prompt, friendly, and attentive. NOAL is a real gem, and I can't wait to be back!
