Compassionate is the first word that comes to mind when describing the staff at Lanark vets. Excellent care for my fur baby, I'd recommend bringing yours to them.
Took my cat there with an emergency mouth problem. They got us in right away, were super friendly, were great with me and my cat, prescribed him some meds, and followed up with me after. Would definitely recommend!
Horrible experience. Twice in less than two weeks they've screwed up my appointment for my dog to get a check up, without giving any explanation the first time. The second time even though I called in advance the day before and was told I was good to go for my appointment, I arrive there the day of to be told I had no appointment. Two days I've had to take off work for these appointments. Total lack of communication within that office. Will never be going back.
