You call the secretary and she has him you call you back, which can take up to 24 hours.I purchased a new vehicle and was able to get 50$ less/month with another company, so I attempted to cancel with W.J. Wood Broker Ltd. in the middle of my policy with a fee which i accepted to pay. The other company needed confirmation that I was currently insured with W.J. but they would not divulge that information making it very difficult and frustrating working with my broker. In the end I had to put up with their jacked rated for an additional 6 monthsA very unpleasant experience
